5347 Dover Way Gladwin MI 48624 | MLS #50215607

Welcome to Sugar Springs! This is a rare setup: a double lot with full utilities already in the ground, a 50 by 30 foot gravel pad ready to park on. Stop chasing camping reservations every summer and own your spot. The 0.54 acre parcel has two grass entrances off Dover Way, so getting a big rig in and out is easy. The gravel pad sits level with a fire ring alongside it, and the electric, sewer, and water hookups are all right at the pad. The site carries 200 amp service with a 50 amp AND 30 amp connection available, plus public sanitary sewer and a private well. Wooded commons land sits behind the lot with a creek running through it, so you get privacy and quiet without owning the maintenance. Sugar Springs ownership gets you two all sports lakes, 15 beach clubs with boat launches, an 18 hole golf course, restaurant and pub, fitness center, indoor heated saltwater pool, tennis and bocce courts, sledding hill, nature trails, storage area, and a 3500 foot grass airpark if you fly. All of it about two and a half hours from Detroit. Schedule your showing this week. Lots like this with utilities already set don’t sit long here.
